Exciting PCD Team Updates!
As mentioned at AGM in June, we are committed to supporting the delivery of the PCD Growth Strategy, and with that in mind, we have some exciting team updates this month. We’re thrilled to introduce three new members who have recently joined us, as well as share some exciting news about current team members. Let’s give them all a warm welcome!
Hannah Nettleship, HR Officer
Hannah joins us with a wealth of experience in Human Resources, having worked in a variety of businesses over the last 14 years. A graduate of Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Fine Art, Hannah initially pursued a career in retail management before transitioning into HR. When she’s not working, Hannah enjoys reading, sewing, and spending quality time with her husband and son building epic Lego creations. We are excited to have Hannah supporting our HR team and look forward to the positive impact she will make at PCD.
Kyle Pearson, Service Delivery Project Coordinator
Kyle is our new Service Delivery Project Coordinator, coming to us from RDASH, where he managed and drove their Health Bus in and around Rotherham, Doncaster, and South Humberside. In his free time, Kyle enjoys playing sports, traveling with his partner, and taking their little pooch on adventures. He’s also a huge film buff and is always ready with a recommendation. Kyle is excited about his new challenge at PCD, and we’re thrilled to have him on board.
Colette Hoyle, Contracts Manager
Colette brings over three decades of experience from the Civil Service, where she held various roles, including stakeholder and project management, and more recently, as Contract and Delivery Manager within the Department for Education. She’s passionate about supporting vulnerable people and is ready to take on new challenges at PCD. Colette loves traveling (despite a fear of flying), reading, and is a dedicated fan of Sheffield Wednesday. We’re delighted to welcome Colette as our new Contracts Manager and look forward to her contributions.
Working with Conor Price – Chief Information Officer
We’re also pleased to introduce Conor Price, who will be working with us as Chief Information Officer as part of our contract with Primary Care Analytics. Primary Care Analytics are a group of professionals with experience in leading meaningful data driven conversations across ICB’s, PCN’s and at practice level to support turning numbers on a screen in to change.
Conor has had several years focusing on promoting population health, and has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, steering data, analytics, digital, and technology initiatives across all healthcare landscapes.
Connor will be essential in representing Primary Care Doncaster and Doncaster General Practises by attending events, such as the ICB and NHS England meetings. Here, he will ensure that the PCD and practises in Doncaster have a voice and are able be at the forefront of innovative IT and digital strategies, as well as new funding streams.
Heidi March appointed as our new Finance Relationship Manager
Last but certainly not least, we’re thrilled to announce that Heidi March has been appointed as our new Finance Relationship Manager. Heidi joined PCD in October as a Management Accountant and has transitioned into this new role, where she will help practices with their finance functions—a new project we’re investing in at Primary Care Doncaster. Heidi’s 35 years of experience in accountancy, including 12 years as a self-employed consultant for small businesses, make her a valuable asset to our team. We look forward to seeing the positive changes Heidi will bring to financial management across our practices.
