PCD Team Conquers the Yorkshire Peaks Challenge in Support of Andy’s Man Club

This past weekend, our incredible team from Primary Care Doncaster took on the Yorkshire Peaks Challenge to raise funds for Andy’s Man Club.
We are thrilled to share that every member of our team successfully completed the challenge within the 12-hour mark, which conquered Whernside, Ingleborough and Pen-y-ghent! We reached an impressive total of 1585m and the Yorkshire weather certainly didn’t make it easy! We experienced it all – from blue skies to heavy rain, strong winds, and even hailstones! But our team pushed through every challenge, driven by the cause and each other’s support.
It was an unforgettable day filled with determination, teamwork, and the support of our wonderful guides, Feelin’ Peaky, who were there to motivate and guide us every step of the way. We couldn’t have done it without them!
Not only did our team conquer the physical challenge, but thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our supporters, we have raised nearly £5,000 for Andy’s Man Club. Andy’s Man Club offers essential peer-to-peer support for men facing mental health challenges, and we are honoured to be able to contribute to their life-changing work.
We are incredibly proud of our team and grateful to everyone who has donated so far. If you’d still like to show your support, it’s not too late! You can make a donation via our JustGiving page here:
