Meet Aurelia and Jill, our new team members!
While September has been extremely busy for the whole team with the development of the Enhanced Access appointments, we have also recruited two new members to join our corporate team! Both of these will play a crucial role in ensuring the PCD cog keeps on turning, so let us introduce you too…
Aurelia Stokes, who we all know as Ria! Joined us at the very end of August as Service Delivery Rota Officer. This role has been added to our Service Delivery Team and is an integral part to the planning of the new Enhanced Access services. Ria will assist with the rota planning, working within clinical systems to make sure all appointments and staff rotas are uploaded.
In her spare time Ria likes to go to the theatre and travelling especially to Italy and Germany – plus her yearly trip to Benidorm! Recently she has started to learn how to play the piano and has joined a choir.
We have also introduced a new role into our Finance Team, in which Jill Stones has taken the position of Finance Assistant for The South Yorkshire Training and Workforce Hub. Jill has a varied finance/account background working for both corporate and private companies. This is her first role within an NHS environment, so is learning on the job!
In her spare time, Jill enjoys getting away in her caravan and walking, as much as time can allow in-between work and spending time with her Grandchildren! She also enjoys escaping to her craft room, where she loves her sewing machine.
