Meet Amanda, our new Corporate Governance Officer!

We’re excited to welcome Amanda Lees as our new Corporate Governance Officer at PCD! 

Amanda has an impressive background in health and social care, spanning over 25 years.
Before joining primary care, Amanda served as a care home manager, overseeing the daily operations of a residential care home, where governance was a vital aspect of her role.

Amanda’s primary care journey began in 2022 and she held various roles, including Care Coordinator, Lead Coordinator, and a secondment as Service Delivery and Operations Support. Now, she’s ready to take on her new role at PCD, where she’s looking forward to becoming an integral part of our corporate team.

When asked about her new role, Amanda said, “I am excited for the next part of my journey as Corporate Governance Officer. I’m looking forward to making a meaningful contribution to the work we do at Primary Care Doncaster.”

Outside of work, Amanda is a wife, mum, and proud nan, describing her family as her greatest accomplishment. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, gardening, crocheting, walking, exploring historical buildings, taking in scenic views, and spending quality time with her family.
