Meet Rebecca, our new Digital Development Officer!

This month, PCD are welcoming another new member to the corporate team! Rebecca Shotton, has joined the team in a brand new role, Digital Development Officer. Rebecca will be focusing on helping Care Homes throughout Doncaster develop their digital functions.

Rebecca lives with her 2 rabbits, Luna and Noddy, and her bearded dragon, on the outskirts of Pontefract. In her spare time, she enjoys spening time with friends and family, going for walks, exploring new cities and towns, as well as reading and doing artsy things! Rebecca also loves to travel, and would really like to start and do this again later in the year, into next. She can’t wait to start exploring the world and hopefully learn a new language along the way!

In previous roles, Rebecca has been a No7 Assistant at Boots, employment adviser, health and wellbeing adviser and most recently a business manager with a wonderful team. When asking Rebecca what she was most looking forward to working for PCD, this is what she said…

“I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in at PCD, everyone I’ve met so far has been so lovely and have made me feel so welcome. I’m excited to begin working alongside the ICB and other organisations across Doncaster to support care homes with their digital development.”
