Welcome Nick Ball to PCD!

October has marked a crucial month for PCD, not only with the launch of Enhanced Access services, but also with the strengthening of our employment hosting offer to PCNs, as we welcome additional support to the PCD Corporate Team. Introducing to you Nick Ball, our second Strategic Workforce Development Officer who will work alongside Kristen Rawson.

Nick has worked in Health Care for around 15 years now, most recently in urgent care with FCMS as Deputy Head of Operations. However, before Nick found his place in Health Care he tried and failed (his words!) at various roles from chicken egg farmer to grave digger!

He spends most of his spare time with his 4 children, delivering them to and from various afterschool clubs and dance lessons or with his 1-year-old Springer Spaniel – Barney.

Nick has thoroughly enjoyed his first few weeks working with the PCD family and is excited for more things to come and achieve together!
