Paul Cross

At Primary Care Doncaster, we are thrilled to introduce a new member to our dedicated team – Paul Cross, the driver behind the wheel of our brand-new Health Van, Vincent Van Cough!

Paul joined us just recently as we launched our new Health Van, and he brings a wealth of community experience to his role. He’s no stranger to public service, having just retired in January after a commendable 24 years with the West Yorkshire Police. His career saw him engaging with the community in various capacities across the Wakefield division.

Paul is a family man through and through. Married for nearly 34 years to Michele, whom he fondly refers to as his better half, he’s a proud father to Scott, Chloe, and Katie, and a grandfather to Keenan and Olivia. His family circle extends to Ivy, a lovely German Shepherd he rescued four years ago, who keeps him active and on his toes.

For Paul, driving Vinnie was a calling he couldn’t ignore. With a desire to continue serving the public and a love for engaging with people from all backgrounds, he saw the Health Van as the perfect opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our Doncaster community.

When he’s not driving Vinnie through Doncaster, Paul enjoys spending time with this family and long walks with his beloved Ivy.

We’re excited to have Paul join us, and we believe his commitment to community service and his approachable nature will make a real difference to those he’ll meet on the road. Welcome aboard, Paul!
